Didn't get what I paid for. I bought my first Subaru from Secor Subaru in 2011 and I had a great Salesman, Keith who has since retired, but the Service Department was not great t I bought my first Subaru from Secor Subaru in 2011 and I had a great Salesman, Keith who has since retired, but the Service Department was not great to deal with. I met another nice Subaru Salesperson from another Dealership so when I was looking for my second Outback, I was willing to drive 45 minutes for the honest sales person and great service at the other dealership and purchased a new 2015 Outback. The Service Department at Secor Subaru has gone through the needed changes and I thought it would be nicer to stay closer to home for Service and to purchase my 3rd Outback so I decided to try Secor Subaru again. I met a new Sales person, has since left Secor, and I explained that I wanted another Outback that included everything that was on my 2015 Outback, which included the pushbutton start and the remote start, and we came up with a reasonable purchase price. I traded in my 2011 Outback and bought the new 2017 Outback, gave my 2015 Outback to one of my children, and was feeling great until it got cold outside. When I pushed the buttons on the Key-fab to start and warm up my 2017 Outback, like I did on my 2015 Outback with push button start, it didn't start. I called Secor Subaru and the Salesman was nice enough to look up my VIN number and told me it was not installed on my 2017 Outback. I was surprised and upset that I didn't get what I paid for so the salesman asked if he could talk to the manager and call me back. I agreed and after a short time, he called me back and offered me a discounted charge to install the remote start which I was told was included in the original purchase. For this deception and disappointing solution, I would not recommend this dealership. I hope that cheating me out of a $500 remote start option was worth losing a customer that has now purchased my 2nd new cars and 1 used car. Its worth driving out of town for a dealer that will take care of their customers. More

We were surprised by the quick attention we received and buy the low stress buying process. Our sales rep Angel was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions at every point of the buying process and was never pushy and respected our decisions. So far we are very happy with our purchase and would definitely go back when the time comes. More

Evert is the absolute best ever! Go and see Evert. He’s the best and he does whatever it takes to help you get the best deal without the run-around. Best car purchase experience! Evert Dahlquist is a superior salesperson. We decided to start looking for a replacement of our 10 year old car. It was a Sunday and we figured we w Evert Dahlquist is a superior salesperson. We decided to start looking for a replacement of our 10 year old car. It was a Sunday and we figured we would walk around the lot to take our first look at the Subaru's. We don't have a lot of free time right now because of my husband's medical treatments and many doctor appointments. We were pleasantly surprised to find that Secor Subaru was open. Evert was on duty that day. He was extremely personable, helpful, informative and understanding of our time constraints-- all and all a real nice and friendly person. He made himself available at our convenience during the following week so that we could test drive the Forrester and the Crosstrek -- the two models that we had narrowed it down to. We decided on the Forrester and Evert went out of his way to get the color and other specifics that we wanted in the car. He made sure the pricing was fair and fit into our budget. He also accommodated us with a Sunday closing so that we didn't have to take time off from work. After the closing, Evert went over everything about the car with us and even helped set up the bluetooth option for us. We would be happy to buy another car not only from Secor but specifically from Evert again. Also, the first dealing that we had with the service department was exceptional. More
