It was hard to believe that my second experience could have b Secor has gone above and beyond to find me the exact car I had been looking for, twice! It was hard to believe that my second experience could have been better than the first, but Everet made it a pleasure to buy my Crosstrek. I just went in to look because I read great reviews about the new Crosstrek and wanted to see what my car was worth as a trade in. I received a very fair price and I started discussing color and options for a new Crosstrek. They were not pushy at all and understood that I needed time to think things over and were forthcoming with an out the door price. There is nothing worse than going to get your car and learning they didn't add everything in when they gave you pricing! I didn't get any lines about this being a price for "today only" intended to make me decide right then and there, nor did I experience them trying to push me into a car that was on their lot and in their best interest to sell me. They genuinely wanted me to be comfortable and completely happy with a car of my choosing, even if they had to find it for me! I would not go anywhere else to buy a Subaru. FYI... I did my homework and looked around in the past out of curiosity and no one else came close to providing the customer service and pricing that Secor provided!!!! More

Before I had to come back twice for a 30k check-up before the work could be done-because they turned out to be over scheduled or there was no loaner. I'm not super local so driving back and forth 3x is a pain. On the 36K checkup-same thing-no record of the appt I made online. Fortunately they could fit me in-had a loaner. I heard 2 different stories on what service is done at 36K-one triple the price than the other. Given a brochure that listed 36K checks and was told later-oh that brochure is out of date-36 is nothing major. Huh? My car wasn't washed when I arrived and had to wait for that. Really simple fixes on their end that would probably give them 5 star reviews if they got it together a bit. More

I used to feel that I needed to talk to a service person whe I made my service appointment online for the first time. I really like the online system. I used to feel that I needed to talk to a service person when I made my appointment to really make sure I was scheduled and all the work would be done. They were ready for me when I got there, I waited an hour and all the work was done that I scheduled. Another reviewer recently had a disappointing experience with the online system. I thought that maybe her experience was not good because everyone was not fully up to speed on Secor's new system, but for me it was flawless. More
Too long if a wait trying to check. And I was only customer In the shop. Then she had the odasity to state that I did not indicate a specific pick up time. 2018 6000 mile service - Dealer billing software needs work! I've been taking my Subaru Outbacks to Secor Subaru since 2000. Whole new front desk service personnel including Service Manager. Had to wait lon I've been taking my Subaru Outbacks to Secor Subaru since 2000. Whole new front desk service personnel including Service Manager. Had to wait longer than usual for my oil change/tire rotation to be completed. Not sure why as no explanation was given. Had an appointment from early in the week. It was also very disturbing that the final customer service paper work did not state that the tire rotation was performed. Mr. Fulton assured me that it was. The software needs to be modified to show ALL work performed on the customer service record. The fact that it was a "Subaru" service and the rotation should have been done is not enough proof that it was done. It has to be in print on the service sheet! Can not rate quality of work at this point as 6000 mile service doesn't qualify in my book as a proper test. More
