My mom recently took her 2010 Toyota Camry for service (because she received a card in the mail, recommending she make an appointment). The service department at the Sebring dealership performed an oil ch (because she received a card in the mail, recommending she make an appointment). The service department at the Sebring dealership performed an oil change and replaced parts that didn't need to be replaced. Regarding the oil change, she had only 847 miles on her car since her last service in June 2020! After waiting two hours for services performed, my mother was surprised when she received an invoice of over $600! Mom bought the car from Alan Jay 10 years ago and has always had it serviced there. She trusted them to be honest and provide good service. Instead, my 91 year old mother was ripped off. It makes me wonder how many other seniors are taken advantage of by this dealer. More
