What an incredible experience. I was listened to, heard and respected. I was not just another car thru the door. Sales staff was very informed about all of their cars and they offered an approach to sales based on presenting the customer with knowledge and allowing the customer to make the decision without pressure. We were even allowed to take a potential car to buy home as a loner car for 24 hours to see if we liked it in different situations (dark rainy night, bright daytime, etc). The finance department was also very friendly and worked hard to get us the best rate possible. We felt comfortable enough with the staff to let our children (four and ten) hang out by the toys and television in the middle of the show room while we were signing papers, knowing that they were near by and the staff would bring the youngest to us if she became worried. They made our children feel at home as well when the paperwork took awhile and so our children were entertained with granola bars, cocoa, and helium balloons. We've gone to this dealership in the past, and we continue to go there because of their friendly, genuinely concerned staff as well as their great depth of knowledge and attention to detail. More

No high pressure sales there either. I do know that they are comissioned off what they sell and he did not try to push us into anything!
