One of the deliverables on my Hummer EV3X pickup was overlooked. I had paid for vin etching of the glass. They had my gmc truck for 4. 5 weeks trying to figure out a problem and no loaner. When you have an extended warranty you go on the back burner when it comes to getting your vehic 5 weeks trying to figure out a problem and no loaner. Also they don't give it any great effort to find the problem, warrantees through gmc come first. Not very happy with the way this was handled , not happy at all, oil changes they are good, but extended warranties fail. More
