I had no trouble or noise with my brake before going in to get my oil changed. They recommended I get my brakes changed. One of the deliverables on my Hummer EV3X pickup was overlooked. I had paid for vin etching of the glass. The service department discussed the placement of the etching with me so that I would be satisfi overlooked. I had paid for vin etching of the glass. Car was left with dirt around the door handle, actually scuffed in appearance. They had my gmc truck for 4. 5 weeks trying to figure out a problem and no loaner. When you have an extended warranty you go on the back burner when it comes to getting your vehic 5 weeks trying to figure out a problem and no loaner. When you have an extended warranty you go on the back burner when it comes to getting your vehicle fixed. Also they don't give it any great effort to find the problem, warrantees through gmc come first. Not very happy with the way this was handled , not happy at all, oil changes they are good, but extended warranties fail. More
