I recently purchased a Silverado with 28,000 Miles . The night I picked up the truck I pulled in and didn't see the truck up front only to find it all detailed with a big red bow on it in the showroom. For the 1st time I felt taken by Scranton Motors. We are on our 2nd new car and have only serviced cars at Scranton but I need to pause to see if this makes sense going forward. We had an appointment just for an oil change and I ended up leaving paying $485.75. I was told I needed to replace my Engine filter and Air filter and rotate tires. I only have 11,000 miles on my car. I really needed to replace filters for a hefty price? This is the first time I believe the advisor I had was more concerned with making money off me than honestly recommending what I really needed for my car. I have spent over $10,000 with Scranton with 4 vehicles and this time felt different. I felt taken advantage of. More
