I recently experienced a severe vibration issue with my ATS and decided to take it to this dealership, thinking it would be the safest option. After explaining the problem, they performed some troubleshoot ATS and decided to take it to this dealership, thinking it would be the safest option. After explaining the problem, they performed some troubleshooting and told me that the issue was due to my tires. Following their recommendation, I replaced all four tires. However, after picking up the car and driving it on the highway for about 30 minutes, the loud vibration persisted. When I got home, I noticed a burning smell coming from the rear tires. I brought the car back to the dealership the next day and drove with a technician to help reproduce the issue. They then identified a loose front caliper as the cause. I drove the car for a few more days, usually for no more than 15 minutes at a time, but the vibration continued. Frustrated, I let the car sit for a couple of weeks before deciding to check the rear brakes myself. I discovered that the real problem was a stuck caliper pin, and the brake pads were completely worn out. I'm baffled as to how this dealership could miss such a critical issue, especially after inspecting the car twice. Their negligence put my safety at serious risk. I called the dealership to give them a chance to help rectify the issue. The representative I spoke to was reportedly on another call, so I left a message with a different rep who assured me that Frank would get back to me as soon as he was available.
