Schwartz was friendly and courteous with the entire vehicle purchase. Starting with salesperson Cyndi on the phone and completing the deal with Ryan once we arrived was a joy compared to the not so ple vehicle purchase. Starting with salesperson Cyndi on the phone and completing the deal with Ryan once we arrived was a joy compared to the not so pleasant experiences we had at two other Mazda dealers. Ryan gladly accommodated us with a fair price we were looking for, along with a few small vehicle prep requests that made us very happy. Schwartz was over an hour away, and would we be a return customer…absolutely!! More

Personally, I did not have a great service experience. My tire report had a different car listed than mine on it. The items recommended were higher priced when compared to other dealers and the need of th My tire report had a different car listed than mine on it. The items recommended were higher priced when compared to other dealers and the need of the recommendations were not explained to me well. I called to share experience after and people were nice and apologetic but I did not feel good overall after it and plan to visit another dealer to recheck the car. More
