This dealership is first class from when you first walk in to purchase a vehicle to the first visit to the service department. Everyone is friendly. My salesman Joe was awesome and Eric in the service depa in to purchase a vehicle to the first visit to the service department. Everyone is friendly. As I stated in another review I was a returning customer and I was over charged for my purchase which was above MSRP. Now I could have walked but I was kinda in a bind however being a returning customer I f and I was over charged for my purchase which was above MSRP. Outside of that the service has be good until my last service. I explained that the car was losing oil somewhere which is the second time I reported this. They service person explained they had a fix and had to prefer parts which was a good thing however I stated when I brought it in that it was down a quart and after I had left the low oil level warning came on. I called the service department and explained the situation and they had informed me it was fine becuae it would be changed as part of the warranty service when the parts came in but again they had me leave without topping off the oil and didn’t want coaling the oil change wasn’t done till I had called back. More

I took my car in for a routine oil change and service. When I picked up my car the tire pressure sensing system was malfunctioning, the alignment was off, and the car was shaking violently. When I called When I picked up my car the tire pressure sensing system was malfunctioning, the alignment was off, and the car was shaking violently. When I called the service department for them to fix this, they suggested it was my fault. After demanding they fix their mistakes, they rotated my tires back to their original places. This is where they "discovered" my back tires have cupping which during the initial service was never addressed. They did fix the tire pressure sensor, however my alignment is still off, car still pulls to the right, and there is a loud noise. I am taking my car to a different Mazda dealership for repair. The staff were unprofessional and insinuated multiple times these issues were my fault. Now my car drives horribly and all they needed to do was an oil change. More

Sales department is responsive, however when I asked them to remove the wheel locks on my new car, I’m pretty sure they still charged me for it. Their parts department is the worst parts department I’ve ever to remove the wheel locks on my new car, I’m pretty sure they still charged me for it. Their parts department is the worst parts department I’ve ever had to do business with. It is impossible to reach anyone there. Service does and good job of inspecting the car, however the “complimentary hand wash” seems like it’s never performed. More
