Charlie made the buying process super easy and the price was just right! Was able to trade in my 2011 Honda Accord for my new Benz and I couldn't have been more happy with my experience. Charlie acted more like a friend than a sales person, making a process that usually people dread, incredible! So incredible that my family and I actually ended buying a second car from him! We bought my brother a 2015 Mazda 3 Hatchback! Charlie was highly educated in every question we threw his way and was able to set up everything for our two new cars. As Charlie worked on setting up our vehicles, Steve Chung, made the finance process super easy and well organized. He had everything prepared and explained everything in such great detail. We left having no questions at all! At the end of the whole process Charlie took our pictures on the "red carpet" and placed a big red bow on our new cars! I drove over an hour to get there, test drove it, fell in love. Unfortunately, because of the age of the vehicle, the bank wasn't feeling the love i had. Franklin went above and beyond to show me another Jeep that was just as nice and did everything he could to get the payments within my budget.
