Finally found a salesman we could trust I am sure many people will agree that buying a car, whether it be new or used, is a stressful and tedious process. Finding a good sales person that yo I am sure many people will agree that buying a car, whether it be new or used, is a stressful and tedious process. Finding a good sales person that you feel you can trust is half the challenge. While recently trying to help my mother find a used car we went from dealership to dealership looking at various cars and talking to various salespeople. I felt like each salesperson was only after one thing - commission. Just as we were ready to give up on the thought of finding a car that weekend we came across Michael at Schumacher Chevrolet. Michael took the time to sit down and talk to my mother to get a good understanding of exactly what she wanted in a car and to get an understanding of the budget she had available to work with. Two days later he followed up with us and said he had found a car he thought she would be interested in. We went to the dealership to check it out and it was a perfect match for my mom. We talked over the numbers and reviewed some options for financing and then finalized the deal. Michael was truly a great salesman, taking the time to understand our needs and to find out exactly what we were looking for. For him, it was more about pleasing his customer and not all about the commission. That is the kind of service that all sales people should mimic and provide to their customers.
