I recently purchased my second vehicle from Gearhart and as far as I am concerned it is the only dealership that I will make future purchases from. The sales staff is friendly and professional. At about 40,000 miles my 2009 Chevy Silverado's transmission went. Luckily it was under warranty so I brought it back to Gearhart Chevy. I informed Gary in the service department that I would nee transmission went. Luckily it was under warranty so I brought it back to Gearhart Chevy. I informed Gary in the service department that I would need a rental TRUCK as that is what I use for work. Instead, I got a car, a Chevy Cruze. He told me they could not get me a truck. I did however get a GMC Canyon a week or so later since I was so persistent about it with phone calls...still not a full size truck, but whatever. I called a few times checking up on my truck's progress. I was told many times "oh it should be done by this day" but never was. I waited 2 weeks for my truck to get repaired. I did not get a phone call back to say my truck was finished, I called Gary and he just said "Oh yeah, it's all ready". I told Gary I would be there around 3pm and when I showed up I had to wait almost an hour to be written up and on my way. I do have to say that I also got an oil change at this same time which I inquired if it would be free since I waited so long, Gary did make that happen, that was probably the only positive from my experience...but I still had to ask for it as that was not offered to me. After having the truck back for over a week, the transmission is now leaking all over my driveway. I just called Gary today to let him know of this and he told me to bring it right in. I told him that I will no longer be bringing my truck back to Gearhart Chevrolet for repairs since they obviously do not know how to transmission work and who knows what else would go wrong. Overall, terrible experience...I really wish I never bought this truck from Gearhart Chevrolet. I guess live and learn. More

Hi, the only minor issue, was that I had some heated seats installed after delivery. When I picked the car up after the heated seats were installed, I noticed that there were shavings left on the floor seats installed after delivery. Although I had purchased a used Jaguar from Gearhart in 1964, I had no need to buy a new vehicle from them since then as my travels never brought me past their door. Since my current car expired on Christm 1964, I had no need to buy a new vehicle from them since then as my travels never brought me past their door. Since my current car expired on Christmas morning I was literally pushed into a position of buying a replacement. Looking on the web I had a number of quotes come into my mailbox and it was Andy Garcia who persevered and convinced me to come to Gearhart. Once I arrived it was Walter Schwarz and Damon Velasquez who took over the paperwork and delivery process. Both gentlemen were a pleasure to deal with and made the entire process very easy for me. This I might add was performed as furniture was being removed from the facility in preparation for the new building construction. My Equinox in fact was the last vehicle to be delivered from the old building. Coming from a Beemer to a Chevy gave me pause, but I am delighted with my new high tech Chevy and would recommend Gearhart to anyone. More
Our family is expanding and we needed a car with a third row seat. Even though we still had 6 months on our current Chevy lease they were able to come up with a buy back of our current lease and put us in row seat. I researched new cars for at least a month and decided on a brand new Chevy Tahoe. I visited a few dealerships in my area and didn't like them at all. One salesman acted as if I was bothering him. Then I received a call from Andy Garcia who was very friendly and helpful. I told him what I needed in my Tahoe and he said "No problem". Later that day I packed up the family and visited Gearhart Chevy. We were met at the door by Lou Bravo. He was a pleasure to work with. Within an hour he found us the truck we wanted. Lou really made the car buying experience easy and simple. The following day I had to sign some paperwork with Marc Weber. It took 15 min. I now owned a Chevy Tahoe. Gearhart is by no means close to my house, but thanks to the professional service provided by Lou, Marc, and Andy, they will be the dealership who services my vehicle and gets my future business. I started out just simply looking at the preowned Silverados that Gearhart had to offer on their website. Mrs. O'Neill was able to convince in a total non pressure way to come to the dealership to see what they could do for me. Mrs. O'Neill told me when I asked that Mr. Gary Eggers was still with Gearhart. I had purchased a couple of Chevrolet vehicles from Mr. Eggers at Gearhart in the past. I was naturally happy to know that Mr. Eggers was still with Gearhart. Anytime I walk into the showroom at Gearhart Chevrolet, everyone that works there is always very friendly and always willing to try to help with a question that I might have, or to put me in contact with Mr. Eggers. I needed to have some important stickers removed from the truck that I was trading in, and was very pleased with the effort that was made by the employees of Gearhart to keep those stickers in tact as much as possible! I really believe that everyone that was involved with my purchase of the 2012 Silverado, did the absolute best that they could to make the sale happen in a way that made me happy and satisfied with the purchase. I would certainly recommend anyone that I know who would be considering the purchase of a Chevrolet to go to Gearhart! More
