I arrived at Gearhart on a rainy Saturday afternoon and had the good fortune to meet Dennis Burns. He took the stress out of buying my new Silverado. I had communicated with a multitude of Chevy dealers across several counties before deciding on purchasing a 2013 Chevy Cruze at Gearhart. It simply "felt right". Andrew and Tracy set the groundwork via email communication and were prompt in responding to my plethora of questions. Lou Bravo, my salesperson, was courteous and helpful, despite the fact I arrived at the dealership after 5pm on a Saturday unaware the dealership closed at 6pm. Our meeting lasted after closing hours. Lou's professionalism, as well as General Manager, John Sautter's, remained friendly and welcoming. I feel they were accommodating and fair on several levels during the purchase process, and am comfortable recommending Gearhart to friends and family for their future vehicle purchase needs. More
to start off with i would like to tell you that i bought my first car at gearhart checrolet in 1971..since then i have bought or leased chevy station wagons. impalas. chevelle,and my last 5 cars have been my first car at gearhart checrolet in 1971..since then i have bought or leased chevy station wagons. impalas. chevelle,and my last 5 cars have been malibus..so iam part of the chevrolet and gearhart family[ minus my mistake in the mid 80s i tried another manufactor] wont tell you who but iam back with chevy and gearhart] my latest malibu 2011 was in for service on february 6.,2013,,had problem with check engine light and the air check valve was stuck..made a call to the service dept that morning,,was told to bring in the car that afternoon and they would take a look and see what the problem was..i brought the car in that afternoon,,the service deptment told me they had to order the part and it would be in the next day..they gave me a rental car that afternoon they also called me the following day and told me they replaced the part but it was not up to gearharts standard and they would like to keep the car another day to check out the problem..and asked me in it was a inconviance to me if i kept the rental car another day..i told them that would be ok with me..the next day as promised bernie fearon called and told me everything was checked out and my car was ready to pickup. i went to gearhart that afternoon with the idea that i would have to pay for something but i was told all repairs where covered including the car rental,,i do have a exsteded warranty but i was prepared to pay..in this day and age when the slogan ' buyer beware' is used a lot , it was so good to work with people from gearhart,,who do care and do the right thing, i want to thank bernie fearon , mary keller, joe and gary in the service dept for all there help over the years and even though i dont no the names of the mechanics they all are top flight people.i just want to take this opertunity to thank all the people at gearhart for a job well done.. ihave been with the gearhart family since the 1970s and will countinue to do buisness with them in the future. i also would highly recommend them to my friends..once again i normally dont take the time to write reviews but.......i just want to say THANK YOU TO ALL GEARHART EMPLOYES.. and keep up the good work thomas mcdonald butler nj More
The Staff at Gearhart Chevrolet made the painstaking task of buying a new car stress free. After deciding we were going to purchase a Chevy Traverse I primarily dealt with John over the phone. He did a great job locating the vehicle that we wanted. After agreeing on a price I finally traveled (approx. 30 miles) to Gearhart for the one and only time during the whole process. Dennis did an excellent job detailing and explaining everything I needed to know about the Traverse, Marc made the paperwork a breeze and I was driving home in a new 2013 Chevy Traverse after a minimal stay at the dealership. I am glad I chose Gearhart over other Chevrolet dealers. More

Currently in gearhart for oil leak needed oil pan gasket dropped oil pan and Andrew the mechanic found some pieces from the timing chain tensioner Mary Keller called me said they needed more time would you need a loaner car came down at 2:30 got keys to loaner and down the road i go..The gearhart team are great most of them have been there a long time and the owner Judy Tilton and her sons Kenny, Steven, always insure their clients are happy....So if you ever in need of service on your car be sure to give gearhart a call....Thank You :) More

I had a very pleasant experience from the moment I spoke to Walter on the telephone, until I drove my new truck off of the dealer lot. Everyone, including the owner, Mrs. Schumacher-Tilton, were extremely to Walter on the telephone, until I drove my new truck off of the dealer lot. Everyone, including the owner, Mrs. Schumacher-Tilton, were extremely attentive and honest throughout my car buying experience. The General Sales Manager John also helped me get a fantastic interest rate on for my truck and I couldn't be happier. It's not really common to experience true professionalism, honesty and integrity in the car sales business, but I'm happy to say that I did experience it at Gearheart.
