My son has had some issues with his 2007 Impala ss since we bought the car back in september of 2012 but the service department has gone above and beyond what most dealerships would have done and the issues we bought the car back in september of 2012 but the service department has gone above and beyond what most dealerships would have done and the issues were due to some part failures and they have warrantied everything Mary Keller and as well as other service advisors there at gearhart are by far excellant plus the dealership has just had a makeover looks great and being its nicer weather hotdogs and hambers coming on saturday 11:30am stop by get a hamber hotdog xx out the new and used cars once you buy one your part of the family and get free car wash for life...Cannot beat this dealership the best in morris county.. Overall experience was great until I sat with the finance person. He tried way too hard to get me to purchase the extended warranties. Which I insisted I did not want and DID not purchase. Extremely bad experience with this dealership! Was told that deal was done and they had me come down to pick up car and when I got there they went on to say that they needed more information and could not that deal was done and they had me come down to pick up car and when I got there they went on to say that they needed more information and could not make the deal final. Mind you I live a half hour away this is was a great inconvenience and the salesperson could care less. They will not negotiate at all and are very unprofessional. More
