I'm unsure what your concern is regarding - when I met you on Saturday morning, we discussed your repairs and I provided you the diagnostic fee for the repairs we discussed; however, I ended up comping your services so you didn't end up paying anything. Please let me know how else I can help but I believe we've done everything we can to ensure your car was repaired, and you didn't have to pay.

I appreciate that however now the rear wiper sprayer doesn’t work. Just always seems to be an issue when I bring my car in with being charged for something that I don’t want or need. Thank you again and the 30$ gas cap made my engine light go off.
