The customer service is good, and honest to say, but that is not of an excuse to try and sell you items that are not installed on the car but they still want to push as a 'dealer option' even on cars that ar is not of an excuse to try and sell you items that are not installed on the car but they still want to push as a 'dealer option' even on cars that are not even on the lot. Tried to get the car, still in transit, but they insisted that the dealer options would be installed regardless. I do not want a tint on the windows or a clear bra on the car... I wanted the car without the extra options cost. I was clear to the sales agent that if they insisted on adding those options to a car that is not even in the lot I would walk out of the dealership. Per the sales agent, management would not sell the car unless they twist your arm into selling you their 'dealer option' with no option to say 'don't install'. This is the second time that I have had difficulty dealing with Schomp dealerships. They are already making a money on the car, why is it necessary to add another $1500 on 'dealer options' to make some more money? Taking my business somewhere else where I don't have to buy, or be forced to take, dealer options. More

I pre-ordered a 2022 CX-5, and while the car took longer than expected to arrive (due to the manufacture and out of their control), they made sure I was happy with my purchase once it did come, and even threw in a few extras to make up for it, really going above and beyond! Highly recommend this dealership and everyone there. More

We spent days talking to Kelsey about a specific used car. We made an appointment to come see it. We get there and she tells us the car has been sold. What? How? Apparently someone had put down a deposit car. We made an appointment to come see it. We get there and she tells us the car has been sold. What? How? Apparently someone had put down a deposit on it. We were never told a deposit was required. We would have done it. We thought we were first in line. There was no effort to explain, no effort to make it right unless you count being offered another car with more miles for more money as a remedy. Couldn't the manager come out and say something? The collective apathy was stunning. The upside is that I found a car online on the drive home at Auto Nation in Northglenn. Nicer, cheaper and we were treated far better. More

I had a fabulous experience at Schomp Mazda on Havana in CO. Joe Aya was very patient and knowledgeable. I was able to get the new cx50 which is hard to come by right now and I absolutely love it! He presented multiple options even with the limited inventory that is currently widespread across the state/nation. Unfortunately, the car we were most interested in wasn't a certified pre-owned which was a 'no-go' for me. The dealership as a whole seemed friendly and clean. I would definitely consider going there again the next time I'm in the market for a car. More
