I came to the dealership to buy an SUV that I saw on the internet. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Steve (used car salesman) and he was able to answer any and all questions my wife and I had. internet. He knew I had to be at work the next day so he made sure we were able to get all the paperwork completed before we left for the night to make the following morning go as fast as possible. Came in and traded 1999 Legacy for 2008 Tribeca. Salesman was very helpful, and the finance guy (Bill) was also great to deal with. Dealership had more variety than some of the others. While my salesman, Imran, was wonderful, I have had problems with my vehicle since I purchased it. This dealership did not properly inspect my car before it was sold to me. A week after my purchase, the check engine light came on & I discovered I needed gaskets on the catalitic converter. I moved to Ohio a month later & also found a problem with my tire. I took it to Ganley Subaru in Bedford Ohio & they discovered that my lug nuts weren't tightened properly when or if the brakes were done & a stud broke. My tire could have fallen off in my 9 hour trip to Ohio. I took it for an oil change today & they discovered that my engine air filter had not been changed. The mechanic said it could have been in there for a couple of years. This should have been caught by Subaru city upon inspection before sale. While I do love my Impreza, I've had problems like this for the entire time I've owned the vehicle. These are maintanence issues Subaru City could have fixed. Recently, I was contacted by the sales manager, Steve Claflin & he helped me out in every way that he could. The people are more than willing to help, I just wish the service & inspection was handled better. More

As far as the dealership, it was pretty nice, and pretty much what you'd expect. Everyone was courteous to us and was real nice. I hope all your salesman are as nice as him. He took us in 3 different cars for test drives and was very patient with my wife. The extra effort by the service department was great too, when we got the car it was nicely cleaned up and ready to go. I will definitely remember this for next time we need a car, or when my daughter finally gets her drivers license! Overall a real nice experience. More
