They were friendly and informative. It was clear they didn't just want to sell me a car, they would like a relationship built on trust and courtesy. That counts a lot with me. I've dealt with other dealerships where you could feel they just wanted to get the car sold and take your money. That was not the case at all here. I was able to negotiate a fair price, got exactly the car I wanted, and felt very good about the entire experience. I would recommend them to anyone. It's clear customer service and satisfaction are very high priorities for them. More

Mike made sure we had it in a couple of days and came to our house personally to install it. That was very good service...not having to go across town for the installation of the net.
