While my salesman, Imran, was wonderful, I have had problems with my vehicle since I purchased it. This dealership did not properly inspect my car before it was sold to me. A week after my purchase, the check engine light came on & I discovered I needed gaskets on the catalitic converter. I moved to Ohio a month later & also found a problem with my tire. I took it to Ganley Subaru in Bedford Ohio & they discovered that my lug nuts weren't tightened properly when or if the brakes were done & a stud broke. My tire could have fallen off in my 9 hour trip to Ohio. I took it for an oil change today & they discovered that my engine air filter had not been changed. The mechanic said it could have been in there for a couple of years. This should have been caught by Subaru city upon inspection before sale. While I do love my Impreza, I've had problems like this for the entire time I've owned the vehicle. These are maintanence issues Subaru City could have fixed. Recently, I was contacted by the sales manager, Steve Claflin & he helped me out in every way that he could. The people are more than willing to help, I just wish the service & inspection was handled better. More

As far as the dealership, it was pretty nice, and pretty much what you'd expect. Everyone was courteous to us and was real nice. The extra effort by the service department was great too, when we got the car it was nicely cleaned up and ready to go. I went to Subaru to get an idea of what kind of car I could get for my price range. Mr. Pryor did a nice job of showing me cars in my "neighborhood" along with showing me a few deals that were both above could get for my price range. Mr. Pryor did a nice job of showing me cars in my "neighborhood" along with showing me a few deals that were both above and below what I am currently hoping to spend on my next car. I feel like I got a very good idea of what they have on the lot, and now have a good idea of what I'm looking for moving forward. If/when I make a decision on what will work best for me I will definitely go back to Mike at Subaru City. More
