He actually started out by "joking" with me, which I took as him being very jovial, not all business only. I liked that. From that moment on Steve Caldwell, my salesman, listened to me. He did not talk down to me and never once did I ever feel like he viewed me as a woman who knows nothing about cars. He was extremely patient, helpful and worked with me to fulfill my needs. I am more than pleased with my new purchase and I will definately recommend this dealership and Steve Caldwell to anyone I come across who is looking to purchase a new vehicle. More

In search of a Honda Civic, we came all the way from the Madison area after seeing the good prices on the Subaru City web site. It was well worth it. Steve helped us sort out the differences and even pointed out a dent in one car we hadn't noticed. His honesty, the dealership's good price and the car's condition sold us. We now have a Civic in our garage. It's been about a month now and we've had no problems. The Civic gets even better gas mileage than advertised. It's great to check "car purchase" off our list! I, like most people, have had the pre-conceived notion that you can't win when you buy a car whether it's new or used. I was trading in a vehicle I'd had for almost 14 years and was working with limited funds and trying to rebuild my credit. My friend had just purchased a pre-owned car from your dealership so I asked her to take me where she went. I would like to say that I have never encountered a more friendly and comfortable car buying experience than what I received at Subaru City. I was treated as if I were family. Linda, Ed and every person I met with there, were so caring and compassionate to me and my personal situation. I had eyed a vehicle, a very nice and clean 2005 Toyota Camry but felt it was not within my price range. I initially "settled" on "just a car" to meet my needs. The next day I called Linda to express my reservations about the 2nd car. I didn't think I'd be happy with my choice. She could have opted to try to "hard sell" me or let me go my way. Linda and Ed knew my needs and got me into that Camry. They made me feel like I were their only customer and their only goal was to make sure that I had a comfortable and secure car buying experience. I'm sure they sacrificed $$ they could have made on the sale. It felt like their only care was for me to be happy. The reputation of a business owner is only as good as the staff they employ. The first face(s) you see when you walk on a lot sets the tone for how your experience is going to be. Happy employees are a direct reflection on how they present themselves to people that walk in off the street that they don't know from a load of coal. I want to thank everyone involved for making me feel like I was special and truly cared about. I love my new Camry and every time I sit in it I think of the warm smiles, caring words and hard work involved in getting me into my new car. I came to the dealership to buy an SUV that I saw on the internet. When I arrived I was immediately greeted by Steve (used car salesman) and he was able to answer any and all questions my wife and I had. internet.
