Mike Pender was our salesman ..was very courteous and attentive at our first meeting when we ordered the car. We had ordered a cargo net which was not in the car at the time of delivery. Mike made sure we had it in a couple of days and came to our house personally to install it. That was very good service...not having to go across town for the installation of the net. All in all this is our first time dealing with this dealership and were very happy with the service we recieved. Thank you Mike for your help. Premu Advani More

Let me just say that the sales person Shawn Klug gave us an amazing buying experience! I have known Shawn for 10 years and I will always deal with him when it comes to purchasing a vehicle for my family. He was extremely knowledgeable and confident when he answered any and all questions that my husband and I had regarding the Outback. Never in a million years did I ever think I would purchase a Subaru because I have been a loyal Dodge owner for several years. This vehicle is amazing, smooth riding, simply AMAZE xxxxx!!!!! Shawn Klug made us very at ease and relaxed during our selling process, he did not pressure us to buy in any way, the Subaru Outback with all it great features sold it's self. Also our Finance man Adam was incredibly thorough with processing all the paperwork and he was just a joy to work with. Finally...treated like a human! Great customer service. I had to replace my 2000 Ford Focus unexpectedly and started car shopping a few days ago. It was a demoralizing experience. I walked out of four diffe I had to replace my 2000 Ford Focus unexpectedly and started car shopping a few days ago. It was a demoralizing experience. I walked out of four different dealers after they tried to aggressively upsell me, wouldn't honor a guaranteed price I'd been given (for that dealer, for that car) through USAA's Car Buying Program, etc. It was a nightmare. I tried using USAA's program one more time, and Schlossman/Subaru City came up, offering a 2013 Volkswagen Jetta at what I felt was a decent price. But I still went in completely expecting another bait-and-switch. I was wrong. Wow. My Schlossman/Subaru City experience was like nowhere else. The online sales manager Mike Pryor greeted me courteously and introduced me to Ed Wrathall, who was terrific. Ed never tried to push me into anything, answered all my questions and was genuinely personable. The car itself was in great condition, especially for the price, and after the test drive I decided to purchase. Even that process was painless. They said "well, of course we'll honor the price you were given, but let's see if we can beat it" and, in the end, gave me an additional $100 off. I had good financing lined up but they asked if I was interested in them beating that, too, so I said sure, go ahead and try — and they did, getting the answer to me in about 10 minutes even though it was 9 pm (and technically after closing for them). I explained to Ed that I would be driving my ailing Focus home that night because it was being picked up for donation the following day, and that I'd take a bus back to the dealer in the morning, he said "no one buys a car from me and takes the bus to get it." So he drove more than ten miles out of his way the next morning to pick me up at my house. That was his attitude the whole time: I was his customer, not someone to con for a couple extra bucks. I felt like he actually wanted me to buy the right car for me at a fair price. Even the other salespeople at Subaru City were different than those at other dealers, who had circled like sharks, looking at me out of the corner of their eyes. Here, whenever Ed left me to put plates on my car or photocopy my license or whatever, the other salespeople cracked jokes with me, asked if I needed anything (and in a genuine way), etc. I could not be happier with my car, or with my experience at Subaru City as Ed's customer. I hope he never retires, because I want to buy another car from him in 12-15 years. More
I had a great experience with Subaru City of Milw. About a year ago I was looking into the new CrossTrek when it came out, took it for test drive with a salesman named Fiz, and he explained everything in de a year ago I was looking into the new CrossTrek when it came out, took it for test drive with a salesman named Fiz, and he explained everything in detail for me, and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He also didn't make me feel pressured or make me feel like an "uneducated woman" looking at a car. I loved the vehicle, however at the time I wasn't 100% ready to get rid of the Acura Integra I owned due to the gas mileage I got with it. Finally this year I decided it was time to take the plunge and buy a new vehicle. I ended up working with Fiz again when I went back to the dealership, as he was a great help the last time I had been there. He even remembered me and my fiance which surprised us both(may have been because partially because he had purchased a Forester from them 2 years prior). He jumped through hoops for me this time with my purchase. I had a deadline I needed to get the vehicle by due to a Black Friday loan special I received that I needed to close on by a specific date. The dealership didn't have the exact 2014 CrossTrek I was looking for in their lot, so he contacted another dealership out of Illinois to see if they could send it over to them. Thankfully they were able to get the vehicle for me, with the exact add ons I wanted as well. When it came time to go in to pick it up and get all the paperwork taken care, everything was quick and well explained. When the vehicle was delivered to Subaru City from the other dealership it didn't happen to have the users manual in it and was also low on gas. Fiz literally was running through the dealership parking lot to get me a users manual from another vehicle, and then we drove across the street to get my gas tank filled, and he hurried for me as well over there. He knew I was on a deadline to get to work, so he made the extra effort to get me out of there as quick as can be. Would definitely recommend working with him if you go to the Milwaukee location! Absolutely love my new Subaru CrossTrek and would deffinitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking into a new or used vehicle. More
I had owned my previous car, Subaru Impreza Outback for 12 years. I loved the vehicle & hated to part with it. But it was time to move on. I dreaded the whole "buy a car experience". I looked on line at numerous dealership's for used Subaru's. I was looking for an older model with low mileage. When I called another dealership about another "low mileage vehicle listed in the on-line ad" that vehicle was no longer available, but was told to come in anyway. Well, that car was still in the ad several weeks later. (False advertising as far as I was concerned.) I found another Low mileage used 2008 Legacy at Milwaukee's Subaru City. Felicia Owen assisted me with the test drive & imminent sale. I have nothing but good to say about her and the people I dealt with at Subaru City. I went in expecting the "dreaded car experience" and left feeling happy & satisfied. Felicia went out of her way to get me touch up paint & sent me an extra set of keys she found after the sale. She kept in touch to make sure all was going smoothly & helped with some tech questions I had. I would highly recommend Felicia & the whole Subaru City team. Thanks for making my "car experience" enjoyable. More
