Disappointed I received a recall letter for my vehicle, so I scheduled my appt a week out. When I arrived they said that they were going to inspect the issue not a I received a recall letter for my vehicle, so I scheduled my appt a week out. When I arrived they said that they were going to inspect the issue not actually fix it. When the unit was deemed bad I was they would have to order the part, and it would take a couple of days to get the part. At which point they will call me to schedule another appt. After 10 days I called them. When I got a return call to my voicemail, I was told that there are six on back order and I would get a call when it was my turn to come in. It has now been 18 days of driving my vehicle after my initial call to schedule my first check up. A courtesy call would have been great to let me know that there really is no eta for the parts. Or maybe tell me that the part is not actually there when I originally came in. I originally thought that I was coming in for the repair not an inspection of the recalled unit. More

Careful and efficient attention We were looking for some general characteristics for our new car, and Mike Pender led us through the various options in an understandable (and humorou We were looking for some general characteristics for our new car, and Mike Pender led us through the various options in an understandable (and humorous) way. We took our time thinking about the purchase and received occasional (and not pushy) followup. Bruce Larsen, the sales manager, took time to personally discuss the purchase with us, and to follow through even as we were taking delivery of our Outback and completing paperwork. Will Matos did a nice job of moving us through the paperwork, and prepared much of it ahead of time so we didn't have to sit around and repeat information that we already provided elsewhere as part of the decision and purchase process. It was a busy evening at the dealership when we took delivery, and they never dropped the ball or made us wait. Mike Schlossmann, the owner, made time to talk with us as well. All in all, a smooth experience. More

They were friendly and informative. It was clear they didn't just want to sell me a car, they would like a relationship built on trust and courtesy. That counts a lot with me. I've dealt with other dealerships where you could feel they just wanted to get the car sold and take your money. That was not the case at all here. I was able to negotiate a fair price, got exactly the car I wanted, and felt very good about the entire experience. I would recommend them to anyone. It's clear customer service and satisfaction are very high priorities for them. More
