Phenomenal place to do business! I have been taking my 2008 Subaru Imprezza to Schlossmann Subaru City for regular service work since 2011. I have never been more pleased with a car dealership service department in my lifetime (I'm now 60 years old). Their level of service is wonderful, always adhering precisely to all cost estimates at time of arrival. I love the performance and cost of maintenance for this car which these guys help assure. Their waiting room is gorgeous (with free coffee, canned sodas, popcorn, and chocolate chip cookies) so I always just wait while they do whatever they do, mostly oil changes, but I always also adhere closely to the other regular mileage-based service interval requirements. Jason and Eric are usually the guys I deal with and they are fantastic! Great, great guys to work with. More

Not once did they make me feel dumb and walked me through my problem. The last problem was I locked my steering wheel. I checked the book and could not find how to solve this problem. Got on the phone and the Serviceman was very helpful and told me that if I have anymore problems that I should feel free to call. That is why he is there. I am still learning about my Outback and I LOVE IT. I enjoy talking to the Salesman when I take my Outback to be washed etc. More

Prices high in comparison to what I paid at Honda City for my Accord services. Bought the car as a CPO with a little over 5,000 mi but rep was very aggressive about a 12,00 mi service. Looking at the service menu, the recommended maintenance schedule prices seem very high since if you look at the menu, 75% of what is listed is simply "inspect" items. I can go to Joe's corner garage and have him check these items at considerably less cost. Previous, had purchased three Honda models from Schlossmann's and cost was more reasonable there. Any service special coupons would surely help. More

My fiancee purchased a new vehicle here in May, and her experience was much the same. We felt extremely well cared for while at Subaru City, and the experience has solidified what I intend to be a life-long relationship with both brand and dealer.
