Five Star Service! I recently had my first 6 month service on my Subaru Outback. Usually this is routine...and it was. However, Eric S., the service tech. was outstandin I recently had my first 6 month service on my Subaru Outback. Usually this is routine...and it was. However, Eric S., the service tech. was outstanding in fixing the cover on the electrical connection for the trailer hitch, advising me about the phone syncing when I phone updates occur, and helping me understand why sometimes the steering wheel locks and how to avoid this. All of this was done so kindly and with such technical knowledge, that I was truly impressed. He made me feel so very comfortable. I look forward to returning for future service. Very pleasant visit! Service advisor was very courteous and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Waiting room was pleasant, and refreshments a very nice touch. Free car wash was a treat!
