Great service Recent visit was for oil change. I knew I had breaks that needed changing. I planned on my dad to help me with that. However, Mandi in the service de Recent visit was for oil change. However, Mandi in the service dept made me aware that the issue with my breaks was one that was actually covered by my warranty.. A caliper issue. I've had a very bad car experience in the past so the honesty that my brakes were a warranty issue was much appreciated. More

Stress Free Experience Mandi was so friendly and good at explaining the services I needed. She told me about the team meeting everyone had just had, and seemed very proud of Mandi was so friendly and good at explaining the services I needed. Being able to schedule the services online is very convenient, and overall this was a pain-free experience. More

From the time I pulled into the lot Fizz put me at ease, was not "pushy", asked excellent questions about the vehicle I wanted to purchase and was a wealth of knowledge about each of the styles of Subaru's I looked at buying. Fizz was a cut to the chase type of salesman, which I like, with the utmost professionalism. Schollssmann and Fizz had great follow-up in contacting me after my first visit and due to the customer focus he provided I returned the next day and purchased a Legacy from him. Car was ready to go, paperwork in order, tank filled. Can't ask for more! Thanks Fizz. More
