Questionable My wife came in with a slow leak in a tire. Serviceman removed a nail and said the tire could not be fixed. He insisted that she had to replace all four tires even though there was only 26,000 miles on the tires. A slow leak cost us $700. Very bad!!! More

Outback Buying Experience We originally began looking for a new vehicle in December, 2014, always coming back to the Subaru Outback, as our point of comparison. A relative had purchased a 2014 Outback from Schlossmann's and were not only very please with the car, but with the dealership. Once committed, internet connection representative, Mike Pryor, did a great job locating our car and presenting us with a fair market price. He was prompt responding to our questions and did not pester us. For the actual car purchase, salesperson, Bryan Spigarelli, provided a very through review of our Outback, kept us informed on its arrival, gave a comprehensive review of all materials at the time of pick up and followed up with additional service, should we needed any. He offered various extras/options with no pressure making it an overall pleasant experience. We also very much enjoyed working with financial representative, Beth, as she also was very through, helpful and pleasant. It certainly helped working with such a personable representative when completing all the sales documentation. Due to a vacation, we have only put sixty miles on our three week old car. He allowed us to make the decision as to what fit our needs the best. The entire process was very pleasant and not high pressured as it is at some other dealers.
