We chose the Subaru dealership because there was a used (barely,only 11000 miles!) Focus I wanted to check out. Our salesman Shawn was amazing and very patient with our not so ideal credit situation. I had to bring my 5-year-old daughter with me a few times and he was so great with her that she still asks to go back and visit him. No complaints whatsoever. More

Very disappointed in this visit - unlike every other visit that I've made. I just went in for a maintenance oil change, plus the multi-point inspection. I mentioned to the Service Agent that we were going for a long road trip and really needed the wipers checked (they were sometimes working good and sometimes not so good). The multi-point inspection verified that everything was in the green, so there was no service suggested. We hit blowing snow, wind and melting road wash while traveling (both directions). The wipers didn't work good from day one; BOTH wipers were bad and needless to say, we were NOT happy! How do I trust the multi-point inspection ever again? And, while it's not Eric's fault, who else gets blamed since I don't know who did the service itself.? More

Duped If you go to see them and are shopping around, be sure to get a PRINTED list of all features on the car you are getting priced. I thought I was getting certain features and was quoted a price on a car with all of the certain features. I shopped the price at other dealerships. Thought Subaru City had the best price, but when I went to pick up the car, it was not what I thought I had been quoted. Then they lay on another $2300 service contract that I wasn't expecting either. Due to my personal circumstances, I felt trapped and had no other options. I did end up taking the car, I like the car, but was not happy with the whole way this went down. Words "bait and switch" come to mind. More

Did not latch the hood properly - dangerous! I just went in for a warranty oil change; hard to muck that up. Unfortunately, I discovered the next day that they had not latched the hood properly, and the only reason I had not been in an accident was the safety latch, but the entire engine had been easily accessible to thieves while I was at work as well.
