Friendly and Fast! I made an appointment to get my first oil change for my new Forester. Sean was very friendly and efficient 'checking me in' and even offered a compli I made an appointment to get my first oil change for my new Forester. Sean was very friendly and efficient 'checking me in' and even offered a complimentary car wash. I waited in a very clean waiting room with a TV, magazines, beverages and snacks for my choosing. It took just the right amount of time and when my truck was done Sean went over everything with me thoroughly. It really wasn't much since the truck is brand new and it was the first oil change but I was very happy with the service I received. They definitely are upholding the high regards I hold the dealership to after buying the vehicle there. I'm looking forward to working with the great team they have and am confident that if there is anything I need for my truck in the future it will be easy and efficient to get taken care of. Thanks!! Waited a year to buy but the wait was worth it! After meeting Eric at the 2015 Milwaukee Auto Show and seeing the 2016 Legacy, I was hooked. I had to wait until the time was right but after visitin After meeting Eric at the 2015 Milwaukee Auto Show and seeing the 2016 Legacy, I was hooked. I had to wait until the time was right but after visiting the 2016 Auto Show, I drove directly to Schlossmans and Eric (with the help of Matt) was there to walk me thru the process of buying a new Subaru. I shopped around (even closer to home) and the deal I received from Schlossman's was exceptional (without the usual haggling too). The Legacy is awesome and fun to drive. He was very helpful concerning everything on the 2016 Subaru Fore I experienced outstanding communication and followup from the sales associate, Ed W. He was very helpful concerning everything on the 2016 Subaru Forester. When I picked up the Forester he went over everything on the check list and the manuals including the advanced radio settings also. However, I did not pick up on all the advanced radio settings and applications. During a recent call from Ed I mentioned we were having issues with the advanced radio settings and asked that a training class would be beneficial. Ed volunteered to help at anytime with the issues we are having and mentioned that there is a class for new vehicle owners on the 1st Saturday of the month. The followup has been outstanding and I would recommend Subaru City to others. More
