Sesena Fairbanks was by far one of the most professional and understanding estimators to work with. Being a WRX owner herself, she understood the pain of seeing my new vehicle damaged. The gentlemen in the shop had to be subjected to my usual particular self and handled my emotions with "kit gloves". Thank You!! More

oil change, heat shield fix, and detail The oil change was done good to my knowledge....the heat shield seems to be fixed but the detail job was not up to the price that I paid.....I would h The oil change was done good to my knowledge....the heat shield seems to be fixed but the detail job was not up to the price that I paid.....I would have let my teen do the same job for that amount and gotten a much better result. I have never gotten a detail before so I went ahead and emptied every compartment except for taking a couple stuffed animals off of my dashboard and an umbrella out of a side door pocket and no one thought to clean out the compartments, there were still crumbs on my back seats and there was dirt that I removed with a finger from several areas of my doors and my dashboard. Will not pay for another detail here. More
6 month service I came in for scheduled oil change and 6 month maintanence I have confidence they did a good job but it took 2 hours which seems a bit long . Recall Took my 2016 Outback in for a minor recall on a Saturday morning. In and out in less than one-hour and the car was cleaner than when I brought it in. Subaru City always strives to exceed expectations. Mandy and the techs always do a great job. I have owned four Subaru's and will be getting my 5th this summer from Subaru City in part because I know I am going to get great service. More
Very little hassle and great customer service. This is a typical dealership, so although they are accommodating be prepared to haggle for a good price, features, and extras; it pays to do your homework ahead of time. Also, beware of the added extras at the end! My only qualm, which for me didn't make a huge difference but did stop them from earning a 5 star rating was the finance department. The dealer offered rate was 2.99 APR, and I was waiting for an inbound delivery. I was told at the te that they "may" be able to offer me a better rate, but did not give me a number or follow up with me. I pursued a loan with a bank and cut a check for the delivery date. The financing department then offered me a lower rate-- I didn't like the "surprise" rate at the end of the sales process and they seemed a bit (just a bit) perturbed that I didn't choose their financing. Overall, I would definitely do business with them again. More
Frustrating Experience Went to look at a used car--price was right, test drive went fine, wanted to sleep on it before making a decision. Was told the car was "going to auction the next morning, but we'd be willing to work with you." Long story short, I was all set to make an offer on the car, pending one more test drive, but by the next morning, the price of the car had gone up $200! Can't imagine what could have happened in just 12 short hours. It wouldn't have been a big deal, except for the fact that almost 2 weeks later, the exact car is still listed for sale, and it's now another $100 higher. Just not a fan of being outright lied to--definitely not looking out for the customer here. Will not be returning for another look at anything at this dealership. More
