IT'S YOUR LOST!! On Monday 3/31/2014,I went to this dealer at 1:35 pm, to enquire about the 2014 Buick Encore that I was planing to buy the same day. I was there in t On Monday 3/31/2014,I went to this dealer at 1:35 pm, to enquire about the 2014 Buick Encore that I was planing to buy the same day. I was there in the parking lot for almost 35 minutes and nobody of the salesman came to talk to me. I went inside of the dealer and nobody approached to me, I went back to see the Encore that I want it to buy and still nobody came. I did walk back and for, and I saw a costumer that just arrive to the dealer ,walkin to the same direction that I was ,and a sales men approached to talk to her in less of 5 minutes. Finaly I did went inside the dealer very desappointed ,and I did say, DOES ANYBODY WORKS HERE? ????? This sales men came to me! and say .MAY I HELP YOU? REALLY? REALLY! I did respond to him, that he should help me 35 minutes ago! And he respond, Is just we expect the costumers to come inside the dealer. Sorry! is that enough? he say. I drove away and went direct to Nissan and bought a LS AWD JUKE for $27,500. OH did I forget to mention that the lady that came after me,left at the same time. More

Mr. James Lagestee was very, very , helpful and very knowledgeable about what was needed to bring our vehicle up to excellent operation.
