Salesman was fair and good experience , had a issue with a blown front tire on a 65000 thousand new truck , bought the extra tire and wheel hazard insurance , running on the temp spare couldn’t get in to see service for 3 weeks to just take a picture and order a new tire , terrible service and no good to me will not be using this dealership for anything
Typical BAIT AND SWITCH dealership. Stay away from that place. They told me the truck would be there waiting for me to test drive but obviously it was never there... BAIT AND SWITCH ALL THE WAY.. SAD THAT THEY HAVE TO GO TO THAT LEVEL TO GET CUSTOMERS!
On Monday 3/31/2014,I went to this dealer at 1:35 pm, to enquire about the 2014 Buick Encore that I was planing to buy the same day. I was there in the parking lot for almost 35 minutes and nobody of the salesman came to talk to me. I went inside of the dealer and nobody approached to me, I went back to see the Encore that I want it to buy and still nobody came. I did walk back and for, and I saw a costumer that just arrive to the dealer ,walkin to the same direction that I was ,and a sales men approached to talk to her in less of 5 minutes. Finaly I did went inside the dealer very desappointed ,and I did say, DOES ANYBODY WORKS HERE? ????? This sales men came to me! and say .MAY I HELP YOU? REALLY? REALLY! I did respond to him, that he should help me 35 minutes ago! And he respond, Is just we expect the costumers to come inside the dealer. Sorry! is that enough? he say. I drove away and went direct to Nissan and bought a LS AWD JUKE for $27,500. OH did I forget to mention that the lady that came after me,left at the same time.
Mr. James Lagestee was very, very , helpful and very knowledgeable about what was needed to bring our vehicle up to excellent operation. I'm a retired fleet manager and had no idea what the vehicle's brake problem was. In a short time with Mr. Lagestee had our car repaired and running/braking great. Thanks to Schapel's for having such a good service adviser on staff.
Schepel Buick has exceeded my expectations of a car dealership. Their direct approach and attention to detail is very rare in the car business. When I found out they won the dealer of the year for both Buick and GMC for 2010 and 2011 I was not at all surprised. I would recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for a great car buying experience.
