Unresolved Problems After purchasing my vehicle three weeks ago, I have made countless trips to Schaumburg Mitsubishi, as my Service Engine light turned on. Initially the After purchasing my vehicle three weeks ago, I have made countless trips to Schaumburg Mitsubishi, as my Service Engine light turned on. Initially there was an issue with the A/C fan as well as the check engine light. The fan part was ordered (at a week's time) and fixed at no problem, however for the check engine light, only the code was cleared. I was told that I should not have any more additional problems as it may have been an error message. After driving back home from the dealership, the light turned on once again. I took the car back to the dealership, and this time was informed that there may be a gas leakage and that they would order a new part for the valve. After scheduling yet another appointment with service, today I returned from the dealership after this new part had been installed and my service engine light turned on once again before returning home. I spend over half an hour driving in each direction. Additionally, I have called into work late and called off work in hopes of getting this issue resolved, and yet after so many attempts I am still left where I started. It seems as if this dealership did not screen nor check the car for issues or problems prior to displaying it for sale. I am very unsatisfied with the service. More
