I had questions on both purchase and leasing options David did h I have purchased numerous car in my lifetime this was by far one my best experiences. I had questions on both purchase and leasing options David did his very best to explain to me both the positives and negatives to both options. I chose to lease since retirement was in the future so wasn't sure if we would need 2 vehicles at that point of our lives and if it was I could still purchase the car at the end of my lease if I so chose to do so. Once i had made my decision on model type it was On to Chris for the dreaded paperwork. Long story short chris had everything ready to go so after the signatures I was out the door to the service area to transfer all my belongings to the new vehicle. David explain all of the features of the new vehicle and help me program and get the Mitsubishi App ready to use. I traded in a 2003 Mitsubishi Eclipse and our family has been a Mitsubishi customer since that time. With 6 Mitsubishis in our family and counting I can say Great Job To David, Chris and Mike and the entire Schaumburg dealership for a Great experience. If its a Mitsubishi you want then this is the place to go. Quickest and Easiest car experience ever. More

Wonderful!!! I honestly have to say this was my best car buying experience. I purchased my first car when I was 18 years and after 11 years (you do the math). It I honestly have to say this was my best car buying experience. I purchased my first car when I was 18 years and after 11 years (you do the math). It was always a hassle, a lemon a rip off and do you remember when they would sell you life insurance with your vehicle, yes those scams as well. Even today, I feel most dealerships are out to sell you an overpriced car. That was not my experience with David, very honest, no pressure and straight to the point. It took about 9 months before I purchased my Mitsu but patience and understanding and taking his time to make sure that it is what I wanted and at the right price for me, thank you David. See you in three years when I buy my 2nd car! More

Lack of Service My daughter brought her Outlander to this dealer for service. Our regular mechanic diagnosed the noise in the front of her car as coming from the cata My daughter brought her Outlander to this dealer for service. Our regular mechanic diagnosed the noise in the front of her car as coming from the catalytic converter assembly. Important note - catalytic converter issues are covered under an 8-year government mandated warranty. However, the manufacturer/dealer has to do the work. So we went to Schaumburg Mitsubishi since we bought the car there. My daughter told the tech what our mechanic had said. However, the tech said it had to be the brakes. The car was taken for a test drive and then given a 27 point inspection. The result was that because the front brakes had aftermarket brake pads (our mechanic says they use the same ones as the dealers) that the issue was brake not catalytic converter related. Since our mechanic has been trusted for over 25 years with all of our cars, I took the car to another Mitsubishi dealer. Their diagnosis? "Noise coming from inside catalytic converter unit - replace pipe and converter assembly". I mentioned a possible brake diagnosis and the tech said the brakes were fine. So were the other mechanics not very good? Or possibly looking to get a brake job out of an unknowing young lady? I will never know but I do know we will never take the car back there for service. And if we buy anymore Mitsubishi's we will look elsewhere. More
