Walked us through the car thoroughly, took us for a test drive (offered us a longer route including the freeway, which we opted out of), and back to the showroom where he and the sales manager presented a very transparent price sheet that checked out with all of the online research. When I asked for time to deliberate with my wife, he left us alone, only going back and forth to answer questions and drop off water bottles. Very friendly and knowledgable team. It was the end of the day, and the financing process with Chris was also very quick and smooth. A few signatures and down payment later, we were out of there with a new car. It was about as painless as we could've expected! More
