Thankfully, I found what I was looking for right in Schaumburg at Schaumburg Mitsubishi! Upon my arrival I met with Dave, who has exceeded my expectations as a sales person. I was weary of buying from a dealership as I've spent my entire life buying private party, but Dave made the entire process completely stress free. When I initially saw the car, I was hoping that this would be the one, because from the exterior, it was exactly what I was looking for. Dave went over in detail all the maintenance records, as well as showed me all the features of the vehicle (and a few I didn't even know about, which was excellent). Usually I'm one to think over a purchase before jumping on it, but with this car, and this level of customer service, I couldn't just let it get away. I can't thank Dave enough for getting me into the car I've wanted for so long, and taking all the stress and worry out of buying a car at a dealer. I felt like David/Mitsubishi genuinely cared about my satisfaction rather than trying to just take my money and rush me out the door. David explained how charging works, got my app set up and working perfectly and I'm very happy with how he explained everything. The technology is new to me but I'm excited to learn more about it! The fuel economy is amazing and the car rides very comfortably. David explained how the motors work and that the PHEV would be perfect for my commute as I have a free charging station at my job.
