I drive Schaumburg from Lake Bluff, about 40min drive, while there is a dealer right next to me, but I chose to go all the way there because of their excellent service. Their service department people don’t push you for something you don’t need. Their advice is so honest and helpful. Today, after we lost our Outlander with an accident, I went there to buy a new Outlander. My experience with Brad, the salesperson, and Michael, the sales manager, was terrific. They gave me a good deal on a new a 2018 Outlander. Excellent people. I definitely recommend Schaumburg Mitsubishi. You won't be sorry by going there. They are an example of excellence!! ?????? More
