The price was competitive as we used other dealers, CarMax and Consumer Reports to ascertain an acceptable deal for our area and chosen model. Mike lined up the paperwork to minimize waiting and even ensured the vehicle was clean, gassed up and ready to go upon our arrival. During the test drive it was clear that Scott knew every feature on this vehicle (Pilot Elite) and could demonstrate all its unique features. Major plus!! After establishing that I wanted to purchase one, Scott worked to ensure I was able to get the color I wanted even though it would require additional work on his part. He was very sensitive to my time constraints and prepared as much as possible for me so that when I returned later that night to finalize the sale so it wouldn't conflict with my prior engagements. Honestly, I really didn't expect that to happen based on prior car purchasing experiences...but, it did.
