I had done some of my research before reaching out to neighboring Honda dealers and as I was shopping around I got in touch with Boti via phone. We talked back and forth 2-3 times before I went into the dealership. I really felt like Boti was attentive to my needs and that he genuinely tried his best to work on my behalf when negotiating. I feel like I got a super great deal on my Civic and I will definitely be going back to Schaumburg Honda for future purchases--this is how satisfied I am with the customer service I received. The process was quick and painless with John and he made it enjoyable, not stressful as it normally is. He listened to everything we had to say and before we knew it, we purchased a 2016 Honda CR-V. I really wish I could praise him more because he derserves it. If anybody is looking for a Honda and is willing to travel to Schaumburg.
