I am highly disappointed. After doing an oil change last monday where I was told that i should work on fixing Axle Assembly. If I do get through to voice mail, there is no call-back. Last November I needed a new battery and never could get a response. I contacted Wickstrom Ford in Barrington and got instant responses with good price and service. I would much rather come to Schaumburg Ford because it's closer. Your maintenance service specials, both paper mail and email, tend to expire within a short time and I usually can't make it in time. Finally, many of your emails have links that Norton Security flags as suspicious, an I have to admit that dealership.vip looks suspicious to me. More
