I wasn't aware that the car was a stolen vehicle nor did they tell me what my car was worth. Philip only had me go around the block which does not allow me to fully test the vehicle. My vehicle was there (1st time) for almost 2 wks and the lack of communication back to me was very poor. I called a month ago to schedule an appointment for tire change. I ordered 4 tires and got confirmation. Then i called a week before my appointment to double check and to add oil change too. When i went for my appointment and after waiting for an hour, the service manager tells me that ( my manager canceled some tires orders and your order is one of them so we don't have your tires here )!! And then i had to wait another hour until they did the oil change!! I just want to know why the service manager canceled tires order! Can't get an answer! Just time waste More
