I was traveling to St. Paul and my car indicator said I needed an oil change. I stopped in to Shaumberg Ford without an appointment and explained my situation. They said they would get me in shortly and get me back on the road. They said I also had a Recall Notice on my Ford Escape and could fix that for me at the same time. Just brought my Ford Escape to have windshield stripping replaced due to bubbling. Waited for 6 hours and new stripping has same bubbling. Told by Dana the Service Manager said this is normal and wait two w replaced due to bubbling. Waited for 6 hours and new stripping has same bubbling. If bubbling still on stripping to come back in 2 weeks and they’ll order another part. This is very poor service and poor quality. I’ve purchased my cars from Bob Rohrman Ford but not anymore.
