I had my vehicle towed in two weeks ago. Scheduled an appointment before the arrival of the vehicle. Evans my Service writer at first was communicative through text. I have called and texted multiple times to get an update, and I can’t get a call back or a response. Finally got through to and extremely rude Connie, who said that they are backed up by weeks. She also stated Evans should have told me this, I replied that through text he told me a couple days and she very rudely responded he would have not said that, even though I literally have the texts of the timeline he gave me. I have been nice, not rude and understanding. Connie has no sense of customer service or being able to handle the pressure of being busy. Will be leaving a google review also on this unprofessional service. More

Clean car next time. Car was dirty after service, VERY visible fingerprints all over windows & dirty steering wheel and shifter inside after service & no car wash after. I know the dirtiness inside is after the techs because my husband detailed the inside a week ago, you can still smell the leather cleaner, so now he has to clean it again. While the car wasn't 'clean' on the outside, the windows did not have all those fingerprints before the service. Customer service was great and car was fixed, so great otherwise, but service just needs to clean up after or ensure that cleaning is a must after service. I would not recommend service if this is the norm (& it's my 1st time at this dealership). Actually, even the other Ford dealership was the same. I understand that the techs work with cars and get grimy, but then take care afterwards. You charge enough money for clean up, but choose to not do so after, which tells me not to come back to you at all. More
Top Notch customer service by the service advisor Connie. She took care of all my needs I needed for my repairs. Made feel like I was being well taken care.
