Great attention! Went to replace a radiator fan and fix an electrical issue. Service found there was no REAL electrical issue so they did not charge us for that inspe Went to replace a radiator fan and fix an electrical issue. Service found there was no REAL electrical issue so they did not charge us for that inspection. After fixing the radiator fan, Ron found out I still had miles left on my extended warranty. Looong waits and pretty expensive There was an extended wait, more than an hour, to get my paperwork after I was told the car was ready. An advisor shouldn’t say 5 minutes when the time is MUCH longer. The price for services is really high and has me questioning my ability to contour using the shop. I prefer my car to be serviced by Ford, though $600 to R&R rotors and pads is pretty steap. Lastly, during this lat visit my battery needed to be disconnected, which I understand. The issue is that the clock was not reset to current time and date, nor was I informed it was done. This simple jester is, as you say, provides an excellent experience. No, this experience was not excellent for me. More

New sales manager Larry a real swindler not honest at all lied about everything changed numbers and length of term try to meet payment needs without telling me! He will downplay your trade in and tell you it'll be on the lot too long! He told me my sedan wouldn't sell for at least 60 days and that's too long making it worthless but the car I was looking at was on the lot for over 400 Days and driven by everybody in the dealership! They put over 2,000 miles of dealer driven miles on the vehicle in a year and a half! Definitely Shady practices here More
