Responsive and thorough Don Douglas is the man you should ask for when you're looking for a new car. He was responsive, even texting with us during a boy scout meeting! He Don Douglas is the man you should ask for when you're looking for a new car. He was responsive, even texting with us during a boy scout meeting! He was seriously knowledgeable spending almost an hour with us after purchase to make sure we knew how to pair our phones, etc. He was also just plain nice and courteous. Want a Subaru? Go see Don! Excellent used car buying experience. Matt Carcio made finding the perfect car for me easy and stress-free. He listened to what I wanted and found three cars that fit the bill. All of them were at or below my price point and the car I chose is an excellent value for the money. I feel like they really appreciated my business. Lisa in the business office was professional, friendly, and listened to us as we worked through the usual paperwork. They worked with me on price and I left there a happy customer. A minor issue with a sensor on the way home, was fixed promptly and professionally the next day by Jose in the Service department. Can't ask for a better dealership, salesman, or service department.This is why I am a return customer. More
