I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We took the car out on as many roads as I wanted to until I felt comfortable driving the car. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it.
I love my Subaru…..but the service center is beyond pathetic from state to state.
Worst service center I have ever experienced. Poor customer service. My 2013 Crosstrek went in for a recall repair, and ultimately the engine failed on the highway after 4 attempts at making it right.

David, Ray and Kevin created a great experience when securing a last minute WRX amidst a pandemic where everyone is being charged thousands over sticker. These guys are smart people remember who screwed them over, no names will be listed, haha.
