I did not have to wait for someone to be ready to meet with me. We got straight to business, as I knew what car I wanted to test drive. We went on small roads, parking lots and highway so that I got experiencing changing gears as I was test driving a car with a 6 speed manual transmission and I was accustomed to a 5 speed. A couple days after bringing the car home I could not figure out how to open the back hatch. I called my salesman on his cell and he called me back within a couple minutes and was able to walk me through the process and texted me pictures to help me find the release button. He told me to feel free to come in and he would spend time with me to find out more about my car if I needed it. More
Worst service center I have ever experienced. Poor customer service. Congrats on finding the car that was right for you.“ -My response from google after reviewing them there. So why, WHY then have me come in to look at a vehicle you KNOW I couldn’t test drive and just waste my time. Again, asking nearly a $30k selling price for a 7 year old Subaru without sending it through the shop yet is kind of ridiculous. More
