We waited over two and a half hours to have our car serviced! They never contacted us to tell us the car was ready!! Statement said put a oil change oil sticker on the window, Not!! serviced! A/C took 2-1/2 days to fix. Told the car would be ready at 7:00 pm on Tuesday. Left word to say I was coming to get the car Wednesday morning. The service department does a good job as usual. Service advisor was polite and kept us informed. The down side of this visit was literally being locked in the restroom for almost 30 minutes. I waited three weeks for an appointment for a recall repair on June 27, 2023,, arrived at 8am and left my car there for half a day with a ride on the shuttle without a loaner, only to be called in the a repair on June 27, 2023,, arrived at 8am and left my car there for half a day with a ride on the shuttle without a loaner, only to be called in the afternoon and told that they had no “repair kits” available that day. No apologies were made on the telephone. I was told this after my car was there for hours and after I paid for an oil change. When I retrieved my car, there was no one in management present to explain, apologize or offer a solution to the problem. I was also given the most expensive (full synthetic) oil in my 2010 car, which I never use. I will not give my business to Schaller any longer. More
