When asked if I viewed my video of the work on my car, I told Carlos I never got one. His reply, OH ok I can walk you through what you need. I actually made the call to see if it was done. I do have to say that I was a bit shocked when told the total as Carlos did not mention that high of an amount at drop off Friday. Wish I received a phone call to check in with me Monday, before the day started and during to give me a heads up. I do appreciate the loaner for the weekend and think that shows best customer service! More

Very fast service was done for me. I waited in the waiting room before you know it my car was finished with service as needed. And then I could drive right off.
