After an A12 service, the technicians forgot to tighten the lug nuts on my wheels. I drove my vehicle home and noticed that there was an aggressive shake/vibration at all speed. Schaller service department the lug nuts on my wheels. I drove my vehicle home and noticed that there was an aggressive shake/vibration at all speed. Schaller service department recommended that I check the lug nuts, they were all loose. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was a potentially fatal error and Schaller just said "oh, sorry about that" and said that they wouldn't charge me to have the vehicle inspected and the lug nuts tightened/torqued. The lack of acknowledgment for the severity of the situation was alarming, the apology was as if they misquoted a service. The error put my life, my family's lives, and the lives of the drivers around me on the highway at risk. After years of customer loyalty there was no effort for reconciliation. Just sorry about that, we almost killed you and your family.... we won't charge you for the 2 hours it took to tighten your wheels. I get the feeling that this may happen frequently, I was disappointed at their reaction to the situation to say the least. More

Brought my pilot in for a recalled on issues with auto idle stop/restart. After a whole day at their repair shop I got a called to pick up my pilot. While driving home the auto idle stop/restart only work idle stop/restart. After a whole day at their repair shop I got a called to pick up my pilot. While driving home the auto idle stop/restart only worked twice. Rescheduled to bring back a few days later. Again after a whole day at their shop I was called to pick up my pilot. They said that they couldn’t detect anything wrong with the auto idle stop/restart and was told to drive around for a while for the system to reset itself and it should works after that. Driving around two days later and still not working. I rescheduled again to bring back and was told that they will need to keep my pilot at their shop for a few days to determine the issues. Four days later, they determined that it was a weak battery. Ended up paying $400 for the new battery. Oh, they did give me a loaner while was waiting for them to determine the issues. More

GiGi is the best-she explained the paperwork when I came to pick up my car. GiGi was willing to answer any questions I had.Her friendliness and genuine concern are just 2 of the reasons my husband and I have been Schaller Honda customers for over 20 years. I was concerned that my 2023 HR-V had this recall but both Kevin and GiGi were key in relieving my anxiety. More
