Waited 2. 5 hrs for them to fix a problem they created as they failed to tighten the oil filter during our routine oil change. Brought the car back after noticing the leak and was told it would be an hour wait but ended up being 2.5 hours. Customers who came in after i did were serviced before me. They should have addressed quickly as the leak was their fault. More

I have always had great experiences with the Honda dealership in New Britain, CT. All staff members are professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Was told one of recalls was 1-1/2 hr or so, appointment was at 10:45, write up guy said 'No, it's an all day repair". So, not very transparent folks. A little disappointed this time that they didn't bother to fix the sensor that was taken out by the Road hazard object that ruined 2 of my tires or the fog light either.
