Oil change and and tire inspection I was in for an oil change and asked them to look at the tires. I was told i had a nail in one tire and dry rot all around! After two emails with Eugene, we confirmed and reconfirmed that the car was available for us to come see right now. We double confirmed because we live in a different state and it is a long drive. I told them I would be there in 70 minutes. 65 minutes later I get a call that the car won't even be arriving this week. If they were honest upfront we could have just put a deposit and bought the car from them, but they lied with the old bait and switch so now I will order it elsewhere. On the bright side, Eugene did say since we just drove an hour down for nothing that we could buy a different car for MSRP, woohooo thanks. More

Best dealership in CT - Hands down I purchased a Honda Element in 2008 from Schaller and had the most wonderful experience there. The staff at Schaller are not just coworkers; they act I purchased a Honda Element in 2008 from Schaller and had the most wonderful experience there. The staff at Schaller are not just coworkers; they act and treat each other like a family and that is how they make the customer feel. Recently I had a terrible experience with a used Ford Focus I purchased - Ford was horrible - their Service Depts (Tasca, Crest in Niantic and Ford in Old Saybrook) & their Customer Service Dept/headquarters - I needed to get out of that lemon Focus and run as far away from Ford as possible. I turned to Schaller; I knew they were a dealership I could trust - sounds like an oxymoron - but not with Schaller. And, I wanted to go back to Honda - a brand of car that I trust. All the staff at Schaller are so friendly; and my salesman Bob Landry, the Sales Manager Jason Gengras, and the Finance Manager Lori Xeller were amazing! They took excellent care of me - I felt like I was dealing with friends not sales staff. They treated me like a queen, answered all my questions, got me in the perfect vehicle and gave me an outstanding deal! I literally couldn't be anymore pleased than I am. And, I LOVE my new 2015 Honda Civic! I highly recommend Schaller Honda!!! More
horrible service i been to schaller 2 times. every time i call them to get a price for a new car and they would give me less price. however when i go in person to make i been to schaller 2 times. every time i call them to get a price for a new car and they would give me less price. however when i go in person to make deal they would raise the price by $500 to $1000. very disappointed. i currently have 3 Honda car and use schaller for service, but i wont go there i will use other Honda dealer. He was knowledgeable and even suggested that I wouldn’t like an Insight because my short height doesn’t go so well with its blind spots. He also understood that I was (a) short on time that day and (b) unlikely to buy right away. There’s a reason he’s achieved gold master status as a high-ranking seller in the Honda sales industry. Phone service also was good (I don’t remember who I spoke to) as far as setting up an appointment goes, but it was a bit chaotic once I got to the dealership and it took about 15 minutes to be set up. More
